QIJI has supported TEdB across the full scope of regulatory compliance on the FSO Bravo Odisseia project. They were closely involved in the compliance readiness of the asset, ensuring that the vessel could be brought into Brazilian waters and operate on a Brazilian field in full compliance with the applicable regulatory framework.
Their approach has been consistently agile, flexible and pragmatic. They have a precise understanding of what the Brazilian authorities expect, and they used that knowledge to build a compliance strategy rather than simply apply a checklist. In each case, they proposed the solution best adapted to our specific needs and constraints, and they were able to navigate the regulatory requirements so that the vessel was brought into, and can operate in, compliance in Brazil.
QIJI also supported us on the entire FSO commissioning scope at the overseas shipyard. They mobilised quality resources at short notice and deployed them rapidly, which again demonstrated both their agility and the standard of the people they provide.
